Th e project is a residential complex located in Sun Capital residential compound on Fayoum desert road in 6th of October city. The plot area is approximately 5372.3 m2 with a targeted foot print of 2686.2 m2 and typical floor area of 2954.8 m2. Th e project is composed of one podium and five residential floors. Th e project is still in the conceptual stage.
Th e project takes advantage of its location at the corner of two main streets surrounding Sun Capital Compound and acts as a landmark for the surrounding context with its unique and remarkable design.
EMS Experts delivered a full engineering design with different analytical studies of the project conditions as well as area calculations and program studies.
