The project is one of the most important investments for the owner, located in the intersection between Abu Bakr Al Sedik and King Saud roads, Buraydah, AL-Qassem, KSA.
Th e site is centralized in the city and is planned to be one of the most attractive commercial and investments points in AL-Qassem city.
Th e complex twin 23 fl oors towers (5 stars hotel tower and administrative tower) over a 3 fl oors mall including LULU hyper market, mega kids playing area, departmental shops, anchor shops and retails, 3 fl oored parking building in addition to a huge surface parking and 500 prayers masjid adjusted to the main road.
Th e main concept was to increase the land value for the investors benefi t and explore new shopping and hospitality experience, the
twin towers design creates an identical landmark empowered by ultramodern design approach.
