The Project is a gated resort on the highest point of Mount Sawda facing intercontinental hotel; one of the most important landmarks in Abha, KSA.
The project consists of 30 villas from 3 prototypes, administration building, diwanya , masjed and recreational area with covered pool.
The resort is characterized with its green roofs and leveled villas which keep view a priority for all the residence.
