Brief
The project is a commercial arcade, located in Kilo 7, Jeddah, KSA. Th e site is located in a very critical area in a storm water valley with 10-meter steeped contour. The project consists of 15200 SQM LULU hyper market attached to a linear retail building and a huge parking lot.
EMS Experts delivered a full coordinated engineering designs using pre-cast systems and steel structures from the pre-concept stage till the construction documents including bill of quantities
and specifi cations which was approved by the governmental authorities and matches the requirements and guidelines of the spaces operators and the scope extended to site supervision.
