The project is the Head Offi ce of Julfar Engineering Services Company, located in Kattamia, New Cairo- Egypt, the Client requests the MEP Consultant to design the
following three floors:
- The Eighth fl oor with BUA = 450 SQM.
- The Ninth fl oor with BUA = 1100 SQM.
- The Tenth fl oor with BUA = 1100 SQM.
- Total BUA = 2650 SQM.
EMS Experts delivered the tender documents including thedrawings, BOQ and Specs for the HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical and Communication works.
