Brief
The project is a four stars hotel apartment with 620 fixable module rooms, located in Airport road, Al Madinah Al Munwarah, KSA. The 18 floors hotel consists of two basement floors.
Centralized double height reception, retails and business center in the ground and multi-purpose halls and special rooms in the mezzanine floor, coffee shops and restaurants on the first floor, 15 typical guest rooms floors with 36 room in each varies between standard rooms and suites upon the operation needs, prestigious restaurant and suites in the top roof.
