Brief
The project’s plot area is approximately 3,600 SQM with built up area approximately15,000 SQM, located at New Administrative Capital in Egypt.
The project which consists of one plot with two separate buildings only (2 Basement floors + 4 Floors), the square one will be fully equipped. Th e L-shape one shall be core & shell except for the 2nd & third floor shall be furnished generally without medical requirements.
EMS Experts shall submit full MEP & medical gases package with BOQ and Specs.
