Brief
The project is a commercial arcade, located between Wadi Waj road and King Khaled road, Taif, KSA. In a very special location within a dense residential context, facing a huge public garden and adjacent to Fakih district. Th e project is 30,000 sqm consisting of a bank, kids area, SACO building 5,000 sqm and 12 drive through restaurants.
EMS Experts delivered a full coordinated engineering designs from the pre-concept stage till the construction documents including bill of quantities and specifications which was approved
by the governmental authorities.
