Brief
The project is a five stars hotel with 246 luxury guest rooms, ideally located in the north part of Prince Sultan road, Jeddah, KSA.
The 12 floors hotel consists of two basement floors. Welcoming reception, restaurants, saloons and retails on the ground floor, Multi-purpose halls, retails and saloons in the mezzanine floor, 8 typical guest rooms floors, health club, an infinity sky-pool and a prestigious restaurant in the top roof.
EMS Experts reviewed the compliance sheet and deviation report indicating the deviation between the current engineering design package and the international hotels operator IHG requirement, worked on adjusting the existing architectural and engineering designs with the IHG requirements and guidelines.
EMS Experts is the third-party consultant to review, modify, coordinate and approve all the Architecture & MEP design packages in order to meet IHG requirements and guidelines. Scope of work included technical site supervision for all the architectural and electromechanical works for the BOH and FOH areas including inspection, tests, and commissioning.
