The project is a mixed use building that consist of 4 Stars Hotel, Hypermarket, and a Plaza with cafes and restaurants.
The project located in Al-Sweedy Alaraby district, where its lot lays directly on the western ring road and surrounded by 3 other streets. EMS Experts delivered a full coordinated engineering designs addition to the engineering and landscape packages from the pre-concept stage till the construction documents including bill of quantities and specifi cations which achieved the customer satisfaction.
