delivered a full coordinated engineering designs from the pre-concept stage till the construction documents including bill of quantities and specifications which was approved by the governmental authorities, the project is its final construction stages.
The project is a prestigious mansion, located in Heddin district, Riyadh, KSA. The site is a corner land facing a square.
The 2 floors, basement and roof villa is designed carefully to resemble the classic palaces styles, to fi t the owner requirements, and add a luxurious building to the context.
The villa is identified by its round arcade containing outdoor staircase directing to the prestigious pool deck facing the triple high glazed villa reception area.
