The project is a challenging investment for the owner, located in King Abdel Aziz road, Najran, KSA. Th e site is 6 adjacent lands on a high way 50 meters width and a high mountain behind.
The building consists of 6 towers 13 floors each, the towers are administrative, hotel apartments and medical clinics connected by 2 floors mall and retails podium.
The main concept was giving the owner the most flexible modular design, supporting the mixed uses for the building as per the market needs, as some uses are occasionally needed and others are mandatories.
While giving the building an eye catching and cost-effective design.
EMS Experts delivered a full coordinated engineering designs from the pre-concept stage till the construction documents
including bill of quantities and specifi cations which was approved by the governmental authorities.
